1. About these terms
These terms apply when you order goods from this website. They are intended to sit alongside your statutory consumer rights, not replace or restrict them. If any term conflicts with a right that the law says cannot be excluded, that legal right takes priority.
2. Products, handmade variation and descriptions
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Because our items are handmade in small batches, minor variations in colour, placement, stitching, print or finish may occur. These natural variations do not affect your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal standards.
3. Personalised and custom-made products
Where you ask us to add a name, message or other individual specification, please check the wording carefully before ordering. Clearly personalised or custom-made goods are normally excluded from the standard distance-selling change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, not as described or does not conform to the contract.
4. Prices and payment
Prices shown are in pounds sterling. The final checkout total shows any applicable discount and delivery charge before you place the order. Payment is processed by our payment provider when online payment is enabled. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
5. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automatic order-received message only acknowledges that we have received it. We may decline an order before acceptance if payment fails, stock is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing/error issue, or we cannot reasonably fulfil it. When online payment is required, successful payment and our confirmation of the order complete the purchase unless we tell you otherwise promptly.
6. Stock
Stock is limited. During payment, items may be reserved temporarily. If payment is not completed or a reservation expires, stock may be released for another customer.
7. Delivery and collection
We normally deliver to United Kingdom. Delivery charges and any free-delivery threshold are shown at checkout. Unless we agree a different time with you, we aim to deliver without undue delay and within 30 days. Dispatch lead times, holiday arrangements and postal delivery estimates are shown at checkout and explained on our Delivery & Collection page. Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Collection, where offered, is by arrangement using the instructions we provide after ordering.
8. Cancelling and returning an order
For non-personalised goods bought online, you normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel, and then a further 14 days to return them. Please email us for return instructions; any clear cancellation statement is sufficient and does not require our approval. For change-of-mind cancellations you are responsible for the full direct cost of return postage unless we agree otherwise. We refund the basic outbound delivery charge where the law requires it. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full process and the model cancellation form.
9. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods
Your statutory rights are not affected. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and a description of the problem. Depending on the circumstances, the law may entitle you to a refund, repair, replacement or another remedy.
10. Your information
We use personal information to process orders, take payment, arrange delivery or collection, provide customer service, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. See our Privacy Notice.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for losses that arise from your use of goods for business purposes where you purchased as a consumer.
12. Complaints
If anything goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You can use our contact page or email [email protected].
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings that apply where you live.
